When will I be billed?

Unless we are asked otherwise, our billing runs on the 1st of each month.  (Note that for signups before 3/11/23 this was set as 7th of each month).

If you have a direct debit setup with us, then a payment request is submitted to the banks at this time.  They will then process the payment 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri, with the exception of bank holidays) later.

If you would like your payment processed on a different date each month, please contact us.
