Is a landline needed for fibre?
For our OFNL fibre packages, no a landline is not needed. Most people do not take one, but we offer a landline (£5/mo) for those that do.
How long is a contract?
Our minimum term is just 3 months. After this period, you are on a rolling 30 day term with no price increase. (that is, if you wish to leave you need to give us 30 days notice any time after your first 3 months service).

Do we use CGNAT?
No, we provide a full public IP address.
Do we support IPv6?
At the moment, no. We are trying to get support from Open Fibre Networks Limited for this.
Do we have any special offers?
At present our only offer is that of free setup if using your own router. Our prices are very low-margin, so in most cases if we were to discount them any further then we would lose money each month.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my service?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time (takes 24hrs) by emailing hello@ashfordfibre.net with your request.
